Ranking on the First Page of Google With a Search Phrase

I have a real estate friend from New England who wants to take her real estate business to the next level using
Social Media.

We wrote out a plan of action about building a set of Facebook Fan Pages - We decided on the phrase
South Hadley Homes For Sale and a few others.

When you get to the page you know what to do -
Just like it and you'll be entered into our drawing.

This project has been going on for just over three
weeks. I saw yesterday that we had our Facebook Fan Page
for South Hadley Homes For Sale on the first page of Google for
that search phrase.
